Each Driver Applicant is responsible for the fee associated with processing their Motor Vehicle Report (MVR), background check, and drug screening. Third-party MVRs and background checks will not be accepted. These screenings are required by Freightlined’s partners and must be completed prior to the acceptance and processing of any application.
The application and processing fee paid by Independent Contractor applicants at the time of submission is required to cover the administrative costs associated with processing each application. This fee does not guarantee a working relationship, contract offer, or engagement with Freightlined in any capacity. The application and processing fee is non-refundable under any circumstance, including but not limited to applicant withdrawal, disqualification, or failure to meet Freightlined’s or its partners’ requirements. If Freightlined has initiated or completed any required screenings — including the Motor Vehicle Report (MVR), background check, or drug screening — and the applicant requests or initiates a refund or chargeback through Freightlined or their financial institution, a $300 penalty fee will be charged to the same payment method used for the original application fee. By submitting this application and fee, applicants acknowledge and agree to these terms in full.
