Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Based on Experience | Work Location: Remote
At Freightlined, we move more than freight. We move possibilities. As one of the fastest-growing logistics and final-mile networks in the nation, we’re redefining how freight moves—faster, smarter, and with fewer middlemen. We’re operators, not observers. Builders, not bystanders. When others slow down, we accelerate.
THE ROLE:
We’re seeking driven Freight Brokers who thrive on the thrill of the deal and the satisfaction of seamless execution. You’ll connect shippers and carriers, negotiate rates, and manage every step of the load process—from booking to delivery.
At Freightlined, performance isn’t about promises. It’s about precision. If you know how to move freight with hustle, honesty, and heat, this is where you belong.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Negotiate and book freight across multiple lanes and modes (TL, LTL, final-mile).
Cultivate relationships with shippers and carriers to ensure long-term partnerships.
Monitor shipments from start to finish, ensuring on-time delivery and service excellence.
Resolve issues in real time, turning potential problems into performance wins.
Prospect new customers and grow your book of business through outbound outreach and relationship management.
Analyze market conditions to ensure competitive pricing and profitability.
Collaborate with dispatch, operations, and accounting to ensure seamless execution.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 2+ years as a Freight Broker, Logistics Coordinator, or Transportation Account Manager (or equivalent).
Knowledge: Solid grasp of freight markets, load boards, TMS systems, and rate negotiation.
Network: Established relationships with carriers and/or shipper clients a major plus.
Communication: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Technology: Proficient in transportation management systems (TMS), Excel, and online freight tools (DAT, Truckstop, etc.).
Work Ethic: High-energy self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Character: Reliable, transparent, and relentless about follow-through.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred—but hustle and experience speak louder.
WHAT WE OFFER:
Competitive base salary + uncapped commissions (earn what you move).
Flexible, remote-friendly culture built on accountability, not micromanagement.
Access to national carrier networks, digital freight tools, and dispatch support.
Career growth opportunities across multiple Freightlined divisions—freight, brokerage, final-mile, and logistics tech.
Performance-driven rewards: you bring the results, we’ll bring the resources.
